Refund Policy

7-Day Free Trial

All subscription plans begin with a 7-day free trial. During the trial you get full access to all features at no cost. If Lea isn't right for you, cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

No credit card charge is made until the trial period expires.

After the Trial — No Refunds

Once your free trial ends and your subscription is activated, all charges are final and non-refundable. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.

• Monthly plans: No refunds for the current billing period. You can cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of the paid period, and you will not be charged again.
• Annual plans: No refunds or partial refunds for unused months. You can cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of the annual period, and you will not be charged again.

We offer a generous free trial specifically so you can evaluate the service before committing. Once billing begins, we do not issue refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction, or unused time.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation is immediate and takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle:

• You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• No further charges will be made after cancellation.
• You can resubscribe at any time.

Billing Errors

If you believe you've been charged in error (duplicate charge, charge after cancellation, incorrect amount), contact us at support@meetlea.ai within 30 days. We'll investigate and issue a correction or refund promptly.

Billing error refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We're committed to resolving billing issues quickly, and direct communication helps us serve you better.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is reviewed.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
